I went to Tamarack beach today (10/30/11) at 5:00pm.
The tides were as follows:

The air was 70°F and the sea was about 64°F.

The swell was about 3ft.

The beach was beautifully lit by the sun which was fairly low in the sky. I believe the clouds were cirrocumulus undulatus. There was a good amount of people and seagulls.
